theres a cook doing real work in the back for no tips
being a cook is stressful as fuck too
most people would quit in the first week
I never got tips dishwashing, so they can go to hell for accepting a dumb tip system tbqh

Now I make tips equal to 10% of my food sales
dishwashing sucks even worse
cause its not even fun work
at least being a stressed out cook, cooking is sorta fun
Doing that and prep work was the worst

then i quit and learned to porgram

It was a 2 man kitchen, so I did dish as well

how many heads did you serve a night usually?
we were a 6 man kitchen and 3 dishwashers
but we served anywhere from 900-1200 a night
it was hell
only illegals and felons
We'd do like 100 covers some nights
just two of us
would take the work
however
i see illegals being their letting themselves get exploited being a problem
its not americans wont do the work
we will do it
