Landlords are going to raise rents as high as they possibly can no matter what. Tax increases are inconsequential. They will say they are raising rents to offset expenses but in reality that is not the reason. They will cite high taxes in an effort to manipulate politicians to advocate for low/no taxes. At the end of the day, Landlords will raise rents to make themselves more money. If they felt raising rents would lead to tenants to vacate (loss of money) they would eat the tax increase and not raise rents.
You know I stay away from the "globalist" question for the most part but: lol A friend of mine sent me this video. It is highly dramatic and does a lot of small snippets to emphasize a point, but I enjoyed it and thought it made some really good points.
Rent regulations(controls) are just going to create a housing shortage combined with mass immigration is a recipe for disaster. And that doesn’t factor in how landlords will invest very little into their properties with rent controls which results in dilapidation and blight
If you want to fix the housing un-affordability problem you deport every illegal and void every visa (along with deportation) and reform legal immigration to something less than 1 mil per year. DEMAND for housing goes DOWN while supply stays constant. WAGES go UP because supply of labor go down.

This could be broken down on an individual or collective level. On the individual level I am willing to say you are right but not so much on the collective level.
The term Anti semitism has broadened to the point in which it includes whites noticing anti white rhetoric disproportionately coming from Jews, and saying something about it.
