I translated it to English
@Julian Deloitte offers services in the fields of economical review, tax consultation, corporate finance and company consulting for companies and institutions of all types.
Porco, that's even worse than I expected, what were you doing all day then?
You don't sound like an excel nerd
I don't want to go too much into details. It was a company fully owned by them that acted under another name
Because it was an investment and they didn't want to risk their name if that went wrong
I don't want to be doxed so I can't tell too much
arent deloitte a pretty big company
Yes
But that department wasn't
That's ok
But software development
It was more like "weren't you a programmer?" kind of question
But the last year I was 70 % software developer and 30 % scrum master
>scrum master
talking about buzzwords eh
AGILE
LEAN
<:pepewot:327934404234313739> master
STAND UP
SPRINT
SMART GOALS
Come on scrum isn't that bad
shut up scrumscum
Just some people are too autistic about it
There are advantages and disadvantages of both scrum and the other way
Yes exactly
Scrum nazis suck
Scrumscum <:umaru:232470184445607937>
From my knowledge there is no one size fits all when it comes to software development
no it's not bad. It's just one of many different styles of management that basically boil down to "give positive reinforcement, listen to your employees and do somethign with their feedback"
Scrum works if the project is not very complex / technical and when you have a lot of non technical stakeholders to please
So you make only client testable user stories
For example
Isn't Scrum basically when you want something ASAP
In a tech start up, that would be bullshit
And the other when you want something that holds a quality is more complex
Please elaborate
