Scrum works if the project is not very complex / technical and when you have a lot of non technical stakeholders to please

So you make only client testable user stories

For example

Isn't Scrum basically when you want something ASAP

In a tech start up, that would be bullshit

And the other when you want something that holds a quality is more complex
