Moly isn't "bad optics" obviously, but it's unclear where he wants things going. Plenty of his content is geared towards an understanding of inequality, while pitching for racial harmony.

Yeah, my feeling as well, though, at the risk of saying "trust the plan", one has to wonder whether he's just playing the long game as he sees it.

JQ is something we must have clearly defined or someone is going to say the wrong thing due to a misunderstanding, at the wrong time, to the wrong people. I really wish people would stop fearing two letters in <#481597551272001546>, and rather utilize it as an opportunity to explain IE's expectations and any official position, especially for new members.
