Anyways I gotta hit the hay gents, you all have a good night

2019-01-08 07:15:57 UTC

Keto worked pretty well for me

2019-01-08 07:16:43 UTC

I did gain back water weight after I finished keto, but it's been a few months since I finished and I'm still down like 10 pounds

2019-01-08 07:16:48 UTC

@DaddyPaddy - FL Be well my white brother ha ha

2019-01-08 07:16:59 UTC

And I was only on keto for like 3 months

2019-01-08 07:22:33 UTC

Lol, it seems like <#481597551272001546> always evolves in keto diet discussions once it hits late night

2019-01-08 07:23:31 UTC

LOL it does!

2019-01-08 07:26:27 UTC

At least everyone in IE knows to hit up Jacob for dieting advice ha ha

2019-01-08 07:26:58 UTC

I'm glad it took this turn. My appetite and stomach have decreased after being sick the past two weeks so I'm becoming a little more comfortable with what is effectively already fasting.

2019-01-08 07:27:07 UTC

Did someone say Olympic lifting?

2019-01-08 07:27:53 UTC

I'm always craving fatty southern food. Maybe it's my huwhite heritage, but more likely it's because I don't get much of it here in California. There's almost no southern dining at all

2019-01-08 07:28:29 UTC

My search for a Cracker Barrel continues

2019-01-08 07:32:20 UTC

I’m gonna say it... Cracker Barrel breakfast isn’t that great.

2019-01-08 07:32:22 UTC

fatty food is fine as long as it isn't coupled with carbs

2019-01-08 07:32:32 UTC

Please don’t kick me out of IE

2019-01-08 07:32:33 UTC

which Southern food generally is, I assume

2019-01-08 07:32:45 UTC

I actually don't think I've ever been to Cracker Barrel

2019-01-08 07:32:49 UTC

It looks really good though

2019-01-08 07:33:29 UTC

Cracker Barrel is good if you have it like 2 times a year

2019-01-08 07:33:45 UTC

Too many more times than that and you will quickly grow sick of it (IMO).

2019-01-08 07:33:54 UTC

If there's hashbrowns, if there's biscuits n' gravy, it's good in my book

2019-01-08 07:34:02 UTC

eh I don't think I get tired of stuff that fast

2019-01-08 07:34:14 UTC

fatty food is great, don't @ me

2019-01-08 07:34:15 UTC

I'm a college student who lives alone so I'm used to poor people food

2019-01-08 07:34:21 UTC

As far as cheap shit food, Waffle House is actually not that bad haha

2019-01-08 07:34:28 UTC

saturated fats are healthy, don't @ me

2019-01-08 07:35:13 UTC

right now I'm eating a staple of mine, instant ramen that I dumped whatever was in my cabinet at the time in

2019-01-08 07:35:42 UTC

a true chef I see

2019-01-08 07:35:50 UTC

Tbh half my incentive for Cracker Barrel are the CDs they sell. Country music is very implicit

2019-01-08 07:36:12 UTC

looks like there's a Cracker Barrel an hour or so away from me. Too bad I don't have a car.

2019-01-08 07:36:47 UTC

Ramen (Chicken, Lime Shrimp, select other flavors + Japanese spicy varieties) are best with an egg added in the last minute and stirred continuously. Makes most/those flavors far better IMO. Old Korean lady turned me on to that.

2019-01-08 07:36:56 UTC

@Deleted User dude you actually have to learn to get pretty creative when you're on a budget

2019-01-08 07:36:58 UTC

Tbh if you go into any Cracker Barrell, Hobby Lobby, or Boot Barn, the demographics are on our side

2019-01-08 07:37:47 UTC

As far as cheap eating, the keto is easy to maintain. You can get bagged chicken breast for a good price. Veggies are reasonable.

2019-01-08 07:38:03 UTC

@greg_p - TX The cup ramen or the packets?

2019-01-08 07:38:13 UTC

packets, cup ramen are harem

2019-01-08 07:38:30 UTC

cup ramen are more expensive and taste like shit

2019-01-08 07:38:33 UTC

If you like to cook and have a decent spice collection chicken and veggies can go a long way

2019-01-08 07:38:41 UTC

^

2019-01-08 07:38:57 UTC

@Gerald Cunningham ehhh keto is pretty bad for cheap eating

2019-01-08 07:39:14 UTC

Although Beef>Chicken
