It’s not a just for show press conference though. The public needs to here it as much as the courts do. They new they would lose in the lower level courts. It needs to go to higher courts/Supreme Court and lay the case out properly. They either succeed or they don’t. But they deserve a chance to be heard properly, no?

The reporter called is a main water break - nobody believed that was what happened, because that would have been catastrophic. There was a leak and it needed to be thoroughly cleaned and dried to make sure to protect the equipment and make sure it was not slippery.
