Also... don't forget a Court had to approve the Settlement Agreement and the Lawyer for the GOP in GA was a party to that agreement.

2020-12-04 03:37:36 UTC

it doesnt seem completely cut and dry

2020-12-04 03:37:45 UTC

I did. And I read the order. Did you?

2020-12-04 03:38:53 UTC

yes and if there is any question then the courts are there to decide the issue ... perhaps changing a deadline is unconstitutional such as in PA but changing a rule about how the GA law will be implemented is perfectly fine ... again any question there are the courts to decide

2020-12-04 03:38:54 UTC

The sneaky part was when they asked her if her affidavit matched the testimony? @Dedkraken

2020-12-04 03:39:07 UTC

I would like to support Lin Wood in denouncing Georgia elections. Do the right thing and boycott the vote.

2020-12-04 03:39:24 UTC

yeah caus he knew damn well it didnt

2020-12-04 03:39:29 UTC

Hm

2020-12-04 03:39:42 UTC

👍

2020-12-04 03:39:44 UTC

I agree.... Just keep in mind that Compromise Order was already approved by a court.

2020-12-04 03:40:38 UTC

yeah I read it and I don't think that one is going to the Supreme Court whereas I do think it's possible the PA one does

2020-12-04 03:40:48 UTC

Egregious mistake of Epic proportions.

2020-12-04 03:41:20 UTC

Which law and how does it violate it? You can't just say something violate "the law"..... you need to tell us which law and how it violates that law. Otherwise the statement is too general to be useful.

2020-12-04 03:41:27 UTC

So much fake news. The appetite for it is insatiable.

2020-12-04 03:41:27 UTC

he basically caught Mellissa Corone in the equivalent of perjury of her whole testimony but she wasnt actually subject to it because not sworn in 😄

2020-12-04 03:41:42 UTC

I swear he's on the DNC payroll

2020-12-04 03:41:44 UTC

Lmao that was the whole idea.

2020-12-04 03:42:12 UTC

Yeah possibly... moving the date back (if that is what happened, I haven't looked) seems like something that will be looked at closely. And should be looked at closely.

2020-12-04 03:42:15 UTC

reviewing the hearing now for the part...

2020-12-04 03:42:36 UTC

Ah I see the discrepancy. The state department didn't do the signature matching, the counties did. They dispute the counties. The claim by the Trump team is that the state department hasn't even performed a signature matching audit. So requesting the judge to allow them (Trump's Team) to see the evidence would be more about proving to the judge that the state department hasn't done the audit. That would enable the judge to order the state department to do the signature match.

2020-12-04 03:43:19 UTC

@Bey they were Trump's ballots

2020-12-04 03:44:18 UTC

@MatiLuc Yes, anyone can make claims about what that video showed.

2020-12-04 03:44:47 UTC

Just like everything else they are reciting at rallies.

2020-12-04 03:45:01 UTC

I absolutely agree that the a court could potentially require the State to do an audit. But thee is zero basis to have any outside experts do the audit.

Keep in mind too that we are running out of time. I am forgetting the date... but don't electors have to be chosen by like December 14th?

No court is going to do anything that would effectively make it impossible for a state to certify without some proof of real fraud.

2020-12-04 03:45:50 UTC

But the suitcase video was shown during the hearing - so = likely official

2020-12-04 03:46:22 UTC

They need to establish prima facia evidence that the state has posession of, so the outside signature matcher auditor would simply be to establish that evidence.

2020-12-04 03:46:26 UTC

The video looks like a video. Nothing else seems definitive.

2020-12-04 03:46:45 UTC

@carolinaflying yes suitcases for Trump.. or jorgensen

2020-12-04 03:46:50 UTC

The Security video is independent primary evidence.

2020-12-04 03:47:27 UTC

@DeaneSir agreed

2020-12-04 03:47:52 UTC

The Sec of State Office says they have addressed that and explained it. I watched the video and I saw nothing that look obviously out of place or odd. BUT... that is what courts are for... both sides bring their evidence and explanations to court so it can be looked at. Team Trump has that right. They have exercised that right over 40 times so far... their batting average sucks tho

2020-12-04 03:47:53 UTC

That's the whole point of these sham hearings. They can say anything shows anything they want. People are still parroting the radio flyer news crew wagon fake news. Credulous people have no limits.

2020-12-04 03:47:56 UTC

please explain how it is a valuation of the law when its evidence being shown to a state legislative body.

2020-12-04 03:48:29 UTC

It doesn't matter who the "suitcase" ballots were for, the act seen in the security video is in violation of Georgia law.

2020-12-04 03:48:41 UTC

Their batting average is not evidence but standing based though...

2020-12-04 03:49:06 UTC

👍

2020-12-04 03:49:16 UTC

No. In order for a court to order an outside audit would require Team Trump to prove that the State is suspect, not capable of doing it or something like that.

The audit is in the law. The audit is, PER THE LAW, to be conducted by the State. Not a third party.

2020-12-04 03:49:45 UTC

“CHAIN of CUSTODY” broken

2020-12-04 03:49:49 UTC

I never said it was evidence, did I ?
