If someone seemed to be getting their affairs in order ahead of a criminal act and someone they know became suspicious, they can just say that they have cancer and people will understand. It will be interesting to see if a doctor will come forward to confirm the diagnosis.

It doesn't seem like you would be able to create an explosion like that without practice.
