A dispute is something actually vague. In this case the vagueness started even before the election. Trump was saying fraud back in March as an excuse when he loses. He has a long history of this
Okay so we're just supposed to accept without any scrutiny that five states simultaneously stopped counting, Georgia lied about a busted pipe, we have news reports that poll watchers were removed from the vote counting sites, and there was basically no signature matching. The bulk of Powell's theory comes from Russell Ramsland, who is a failed politician that lost his election in 2016 and decided to blame the voting machines instead of accept defeat. He is a grade A conspiracy theorist and his belief that the voting machines can flip votes appears to stem from a fundamental misunderstand of what Ranked Choice Voting is... You can see this from the "forensic report" that his company was hired to do on Dominion machines in MI. (Ranked Choice Voting is a method of voting that is used in some jurisdictions to allow people to rank their candidates in order of preference. If your #1 choice doesn't win, your vote moves to your #2 choice. If #2 doesn't win, it moves to #3 and so on. This requires a special type of ballot that allows voters to indicate their preferences - it is not applicable in any other way.
Since Ramsland appears to be the genesis of the ever changing Venezuela-Smartmatic-Sequoia-Dominion vote flipping (even though flipped votes can't change a paper ballot). You should check him out here:

Also, in the Kraken posting last night, I went through it pretty closely and there really isn't anything of substance there. For example, she has a huge section on Scytl and the issues found with their voting system in Switzerland and Australia... Except when you read it, you see that the entire criticism is about online voting - something that was not done in the US at all. Scytl was only used to format already tabulated results into a nice web format. They are not used to tabulate any votes and the tabulated results (which are public, anyways) are sent to their offices in FL. So, it is only there to be purposely misleading. She is expecting that most people won't read it at all.

@james j I'm not talking about all these other claims. I'm talking specifically about the removal of ballot watchers, and I'm talking about the lack of signature matching. If they did a an actual signature audit I would be much more confident in the results.

The two counties that count military ballots separately Cobb I think and Fulton found 80-90% and 93% for Biden respectively.
Three hundred ballots disappeared in two weeks between recount audits.
