@Tyler0317 That is a part of my anxiety and lack of optimism. My degree (meh) and resume (actually pretty good) suit me for work in government agencies, private (leftish) non profits, or financially unsustainable work as an employee in fields that it is nearly impossible to be the boss.

I'm an economics major with two minors and a good GPA but I can't seem to find any internships or jobs that interest me. It doesn't help that I can't stand corporations

Being self employed would obviously be great, but you should only do it if you have an idea you're genuinely passionate about. Opening a business costs a lot of time and money
