All of Switzerland's neighbours are capped by law to a 40h week, France even less... and here I am, as a software engineer, with a 43 h contract
all my friends in Germany think I'm retarded for working 43h
none of them who is in software has a >37 h contract
....impressive
and it is retarded because >implying you can concentrate after developing for more than 7 hours
so making people work longer is retarded
kek
but what exactly is profitable to grow in Swissland?
>45h/week isn't a lot
it isn't (in comparison to chinkapore hours)
>45 hour weeks
Oh, the horror.
How cucked are you?
post-modern chinese meritocracy tier cucked
How much of that is lunch breaks, smoke breaks, and general fuckoff time?
you must sign off for lunch / smoking etc and you are forced by law to make at least one hour of lunch break if you work for 9 hours / day
so this means, that your entire working day (incl. breaks) is at least 10 hours
which makes a 50 hour week that you are concerned with work
Switzerland has incredibly high working times for Europe
seriously though how does a mountain country in the alps sustain profitable agriculture
it's mostly apples, potatoes and carrots
especially apples become very profitable because Swiss people fucking love apples
so @Mirurin (真的華人時刻) if you ever meet a Swiss girl just tell her 你是我的小呀小苹果儿 <:alismirk:230784726615588865>
sorry, I had to do that
I hate that song
....
kek
was it a thing in Singapore?
I wouldn't know, I don't follow pop-culture memes
you don't know what song I'm talking about?
maybe it was really just a China / Taiwan thing
Tell her chink chong laowai want chin puss
it's that chopstick brothers
little apple something
yes exactly
when it was a thing and I was in Taiwan you couldn't make a day pass without hearing it in some mall / on some radio or wherever
tfw ywn have a qt german gf
really you don't want that garbage
I think I heard the song somewhere but don't recall it being popular (maybe because I don't go out much)
I said german women, not italian
