@fgtveassassin as much meat as you want, cooked how you'd like. Eggs are great, Fish is awesome. Different people seem to deal with dairy differently. Hell different people might deal with meat differently, but since cutting all the plants out my diet I don't experience any of the lame gastrointestinal issues I used to think were just part of life.
