and get sued to hell in certain countries these days
but considering 300eur investment to "free" largeish new game library
is tempting
but i rather still wait for emulators
im not interested in cheap as possible hardware nintendo uses on their current switches
yeah i need to pick up a wii u now that they are cheap
is there really anything worthwhile to wii u
eHh maybe,
im just a collector of modded consoles
@Pawp Mind if I pick your brain on that later? I've got an Xbox I want to mod, and a Wii I want to update. Probably putting off Switch for a bit still.
xbox 360 or xbox og
modding a wii is retardedly easy
Both, actually. Wii I just want to get updated with latest stuff and remember what the workflow is to install games, and replace the HDD with a better one, not a tiny 300GB that requires external power.
I'd be down to pick up PS3/4 at some point too if we're in a good spot on those.
360 dont mod unels you want to spendanexcessive amount of money on it, just buy one premodded or pay a pro to mod it, also only mod it if it sa slim not a phat
og can be softmodded pretty easily
Why not mod a 360 myself?
if you can pickup a ps3 that hasnt been updated you can mod it realLY easily there wasa hackable firm ware recently but it got updated
ill have to check
and hacking a 360 is a pain in teh ass because you need chips and tools,
thats assuming you dont break your Shit
Fair
Spoilers, people often break there Shit.
I soft-modded my Elite a while back, just got burnt discs, but then got a good PC and sold my consoles... Forgot nostalgia, and the rare exclusive.
the phats are trahs to behonest, i hada moddedphat andit just died, clean properly cooled,
get a slim, set the fan curve so it doenst get higher then 60c
if the noise is a bother just get a longer hdmi cable and move it to the side
my ps3 is pretty dope,
hoenstly for a wii, iv never even lookedup swappingthe hdd, i always used a usb external, cuz i can just carry the external to my server and plug it in and swap the files
oriiginal wiis don't have hard drives, dummy
they have soldered on flash memory
Today we sippin
I'm about to take gf to work, then I'll go get my sipz for the day
That's what I do now, I just don't like that drive. It's an old WD with an extra power cord, so I gotta untangle that too, and my desks power strip is usually full
cant you use a drive thats powered purely through usb
not sure havnt tested it my only drive like that is full of ps1 games
its so quiet i could hear my ps2s hdd spin up, nice
Yeah, that's why I want to change
>when u dont have sips
