7 day battery, vibrates on notifications, has useful apps, syncs with phone

Well, actually, my current Orient Mako goes for $150 or something like that, but I bought it used and part of it was a gift from a friend.

2016-07-01 20:56:02 UTC

$500 watch is... some time in the futre.

2016-07-01 20:56:07 UTC

tbh my most expensive watch is a casio my mum gave me

2016-07-01 20:56:17 UTC

Daily a bagel, I'm not here without reason

2016-07-01 20:56:36 UTC

Which reminds me, I ordered a fake DW and Nomos, just for the heck of it.

2016-07-01 20:56:44 UTC

nice

2016-07-01 20:56:54 UTC

Review the fake nomos in /wt/ please

2016-07-01 20:57:18 UTC

The ~$8 quartz one right?

2016-07-01 20:57:36 UTC

Or the ~$300 lambda rep?

2016-07-01 20:58:18 UTC

I probably won't use them for daily wear, especially not the DW, but I just really like the Nomos design.

Mine was $5.58, but it's probably the same as the $8 one.

And yeah, I'll make sure to review it.

Thanks

2016-07-01 20:58:56 UTC

Now order a custom vietnamese croc strap for it

2016-07-01 20:59:10 UTC

??

2016-07-01 20:59:18 UTC

Croc flesh strap

2016-07-01 20:59:25 UTC

$35 crocodile (or ostrich, if you ever find a stinky chinky JLC reverso / Cartier tank homage) straps

2016-07-01 20:59:45 UTC

If a crocodile hasn't died for your autism you haven't gone deep enough

2016-07-01 21:00:10 UTC

Croc straps really aren't my style.

2016-07-01 21:01:39 UTC

So far I've been using cheap nato straps.
I thought "I'll just order a couple of cheap ones, just to see how I like them, and the color and such, then I'll order more expensive versions of the ones I like the best", but they're surprisingly decent. I haven't really felt the need for using more expensive natos.

2016-07-01 21:01:55 UTC

Chink natos p gud

2016-07-01 21:02:01 UTC

I'd steer clear of chink leather though

2016-07-01 21:02:27 UTC

Yeh, the leather band I use is from my Timex Red Wing.

2016-07-01 21:02:50 UTC

I had a single leather nato from China, and it was shit.

Mine was so loud

2016-07-01 21:03:37 UTC

The non-chronograph versions of my watch are ticking loudly, but the chronograph is really quiet.

2016-07-01 21:03:38 UTC

rate pho chinking a croc

2016-07-01 21:04:00 UTC

I'd only get a OS-20 or VK64 based chronograph tbh

2016-07-01 21:05:15 UTC

i dunno, I got the Timex chronograph for less than half price a couple of weeks after release. I think it was well worth. It's the watch that has gotten me the most compliments, anyway.
