It is if you have prime

2016-07-30 04:55:37 UTC

Force bolt things together

2016-07-30 04:56:25 UTC

Do you have an impact gun

2016-07-30 04:56:41 UTC

No fam

2016-07-30 04:59:01 UTC

Your loss, could have had endless possibilities with those bolts

2016-07-30 04:59:59 UTC

I bought headphones, a new wallet, a yoga mat for my weight lifting, a shark SD card, and some lifting gloves because my dumbbell bars have some sharp parts on the grips

2016-07-30 05:00:32 UTC

out of all that, I think the yoga mat was the most expensive

2016-07-30 05:01:23 UTC

How much

2016-07-30 05:01:43 UTC

>yoga mat
>lifting gloves
What am I reading

2016-07-30 05:01:44 UTC

the yoga mat was $10

2016-07-30 05:02:16 UTC

just because I'm buying chink shit doesn't mean it has to be electronics, aliexpress has loads of other stuff lol

2016-07-30 05:02:29 UTC

>a yoga mat for weightlifting

2016-07-30 05:02:30 UTC

Or is it that I exercise? lol

2016-07-30 05:02:43 UTC

You'd think AliExpress would be from the middle east tbh

2016-07-30 05:02:49 UTC

planking and crunches on my hard wood floor kills my back man

2016-07-30 05:03:05 UTC

>planking
Are you a woman, just do heavy squats

2016-07-30 05:03:18 UTC

And you don't need lifting gloves, just get some chalk

2016-07-30 05:03:22 UTC

Lasts longer

2016-07-30 05:03:50 UTC

ab exercises are meme of the century

2016-07-30 05:06:24 UTC

The issue isn't that I can't grip the bar, the issue is that certain parts of it are sharp enough to cut the skin

2016-07-30 05:06:49 UTC

Chalk solves that without impacting your grip strength development

2016-07-30 05:07:03 UTC

Also your skin toughens up over time

2016-07-30 05:08:11 UTC

I already have plenty of calluses on my hands from working as a cook, I can't say I enjoy having large dead patches of skin on my hands.

2016-07-30 05:08:26 UTC

Just sand them down with a nail file, solved

2016-07-30 05:09:01 UTC

As long as the callus doesn't rip off it's fine

2016-07-30 05:10:03 UTC

If it rips off its best to reattach with glue tbh

2016-07-30 05:10:54 UTC

The only calluses you'd get from weightlifting is at the bottom of your fingers on your palms, if you're getting them elsewhere something is wrong

2016-07-30 05:12:56 UTC

Basic hand care solves that

2016-07-30 05:14:04 UTC

yes thats where im getting calluses when I lift, and that gross yellow color shown in the picture is the exact reason I am trying to keep skin care up on my hands

2016-07-30 05:14:29 UTC

Takes 5 minutes of filing down the skin for me

2016-07-30 05:14:43 UTC

After a while it stops happening

2016-07-30 05:15:01 UTC

the skin gets tough like it does on your fingers when you learn guitar

2016-07-30 05:16:01 UTC

lifting gloves isn't the solution imo, the layer between your hand and the bar means you can't grip as tight and develop your grip, means the bar rips out of your hands at some point

2016-07-30 05:16:15 UTC

always see lifting glove users dropping shit

2016-07-30 05:28:36 UTC

im still trying to solve this retarded discord not working on win7 for me, I get "%1 is not a valid win32 program" and this long as list of stuff

electron

2016-07-30 05:30:05 UTC

it works fine on win10, but I don't really get a benefit from being on win10 since I don't have any dx12 games. So I usually just stick to 7

2016-07-30 05:30:27 UTC

32bit or 64bit for win7

2016-07-30 05:30:33 UTC

64
