My 7950 clocked at 1025 core and 1400 memory and triple buffering enabled does ~110 fps. I think only a couple settings aren't maxed. Using an ivyB xeon @2.8 ghz.

Never goes below 100 from what I seen.

Maybe down to 90. But I can't exactly play and watch the stats counter at the same time. The weird thing is it drops down to 75-85 in the menu.
