The Constitution is flawed, but it's a fair mistake, because the founders couldn't have foreseen the demographic situation today

I guess the Constitution wouldn't have been that bad if there was no threat of demographic change, but, then again, almost any system can work fine in a homogenous country

The trick is designing a system that doesn't let demographic change happen in the first place
