theyre just all queuing

ive got 5 that should be downloading but only one is actually currently active

and my max active is 11

and ISP checking wouldnt make torrents not even start downloading

The ISP will still let you download the torrents, but they will be checking traffic making your connection slow for a little while. Anyway; It may just be the way your client handles priority on torrents.

me force seeding was stopping it working somehow
