My favorite non-serious idea is to have a volunteer Battle Royale in the Yukon where the winners are the only ones allowed to run for office

the issue with a lot of fundamentalist religious groups is that a lot of them are so obsessed with the afterlife that they don't really care about politics
so even if we ignore that people with massive families are disproportionately immigrants, you're still gonna get a lot of weird fundamentalist religious groups with disproportionate power
