They do. if you can get past the Chinese, you can enter your address int he USA, and they've got automatic consolidation companies. I've seen 2. Zhongshan Cargo Logistics and Jiacheng International. you ship your items to one of them, and they repack it all, charge you for shipping, and send it to you
the shipping cost is actually pretty reasonable
The nice thing is, at least in my account, it's basically automatic. if I choose to check out, it'll ask me which logistics company I want to send to, and it'll take care of everythhing

You can always ask, they will probably just subcontract it out to a smaller forwarding company, cost more but it'll still be cheaper than airmail

I called the Police Firearms agent and the Customs Arms Agent and both said its ok.
The postal companies are starting to get really anal about what can and cannot be shipped so I want to buy a crossbow now before any new law sets in.
