Got an aluminium frame, and a solid waist buckle
+ 2 removable side pockets in case you don't need those at the moment
Depending on the density you could probably shove 50+ kg inside I guess (I reached 30 kg by only using the main central part)

have you tried cleaning it off (with isopropyl alcohol or demineralized water) and letting it dry out properly
