Data breaches I haven't looked at yet so I could not begin to have an opinion on. When data breaches happen so often real and fake as an excuse to release data / cover up an operation, one begins to get tired of it.

You may be right in summation of my apathy towards it being some level of apathy. That doesn't detract from the point however, which was that all of it while existing, the blind spot is there and what I pointed out
