So when a prisoner is in the cellblock awaiting to go to court we have cameras watching them 24hrs. If those cameras go down we have to check on them constantly.

How a guy who was 1.)wanted dead by so many and 2.)on suicide watch is suicided at the same time the cameras go down and the guards doesn’t do a mandatory inspection is beyond comprehension. Cameras go down (shouldn’t be for too long) a guard would HAVE to visually watch any prisoner on suicide watch in closer proximity than they were....
