i posed a theory decades(2 decades to be exact) ago on an irc server about the possibility of putting a floating 'server' in the router buffers of the internet connections
where the front end of that 'server' would be coded within the root code to any specific location on the net, but the 'files' could stream endlessly all over the net so nobody could trace their server home location to get raided/shut-down

i setup my pc area in the basement near the primary line access point at the time...so when my parents went to sleep, i'd cut off any phone lines to the house and transfer the connection to my pc

so unless they're using the air force base for amazon shipping, i see no reason for that to be there logistically
