i agree

2019-07-09 03:41:58 UTC

Not so much that song.

2019-07-09 03:42:39 UTC

The song is more to suck people in for the spell.

2019-07-09 03:43:13 UTC

the song is basically about how the singer saw into the spiritual realm as we did, and everybody said he was crazy. he also alludes to the satanic powers in our society. “who do you think you are? bless your soul, really think you’re in control?” etc

2019-07-09 03:44:56 UTC

witchcraft is the assumption that you have power, when in reality its the demon that has power over you

2019-07-09 03:45:31 UTC

Yes he actually shows the Devil when he says that. It does seem like a song about him making a pact with the Devil.

2019-07-09 03:45:59 UTC

Do demons like boomer music or nah

2019-07-09 03:46:27 UTC

Good question

2019-07-09 03:46:30 UTC

If you are a pop star the correct name for that is a demonic possessed singer.

2019-07-09 03:47:30 UTC

Right

2019-07-09 03:47:35 UTC

My bad

2019-07-09 03:47:41 UTC

i’m convinced that everyone with power and wealth in our society is possessed, whether they know it or not

2019-07-09 03:47:47 UTC

Makes little difference what songs you sing. Though some are more evil than others. They serve different purposes.

2019-07-09 03:47:58 UTC

I see

2019-07-09 03:49:29 UTC

It seems to go with the power. You have to fit in and that is how you fit in.

2019-07-09 03:50:44 UTC

the way I see it, people are like vessels, and the Holy Spirit/demons are constantly fighting over it. you can tell which is in control by the person’s fruit

2019-07-09 03:51:14 UTC

🍑

2019-07-09 03:51:43 UTC

there are several verses in the bible about satan/demons entering into people like Peter, Judas, etc

2019-07-09 03:51:49 UTC

I look at it a bit differently. I feel that we ourself are fighting a fight. Trying to do what is best for us and become better yet fighting urges to not be better.

2019-07-09 03:52:59 UTC

We should take credit for the bad we do. Not blame some external force.

2019-07-09 03:53:06 UTC

when peter doubts Jesus, he doesn’t even address Peter directly, he addresses Satan directly, and Peter didn’t even know he was there. I believe Jesus constantly saw what we only get glimpses into. he saw the inside of people, not the outside

2019-07-09 03:53:23 UTC

@Steve Angell that’s actually a really good perspective

2019-07-09 03:53:28 UTC

I like that

2019-07-09 03:53:39 UTC

it is our fault in that we have to succumb to some form of temptation before they’re allowed in. Peter succumbs to fear, Judas succumbs to greed, etc

2019-07-09 03:53:45 UTC

Though we do need to ask God to help us. Especially if we are demonic possessed and feel that or are told that.

2019-07-09 03:54:53 UTC

I think very few people truly understand how much help we need from God. Seems most have the mindset they can figure it out and do not need the help of God. That is so false.

2019-07-09 03:56:04 UTC

Without the Spirit of God within us, we are helpless against temptations. He is the guilt inside us that tells us something is wrong, and the will to go against it, otherwise we’d just be animals following instinct

2019-07-09 03:56:38 UTC

We need help from people who will help us and from God who will always help us but sometimes that means finding someone who will help us.

2019-07-09 03:56:46 UTC

Well said Morning.

2019-07-09 03:59:26 UTC

what is your position on eternal torment vs annihilationism vs univeralism?

2019-07-09 04:01:58 UTC

i’ve come to learn that apparently, the original greek christians were universalists, who understood that some verses we attribute to the final day of judgement were actually in regards to 70 AD since Jesus said it would happen in his generation, and it was a latin mistranslation that led to the idea of “eternal torment” heres a channel that goes into it: https://youtu.be/EkMwoJEsyx4

2019-07-09 04:02:36 UTC

I do not believe God does that. Even though what I saw in my ADE was Hell. God told me if I chose death my new mother would be better than the one who raised me. I could learn to be better in my next life. God explained I was a good person but could get better.

2019-07-09 04:03:21 UTC

God also explained to me that he would not have spoken those words had I not already believed in reincarnation.

2019-07-09 04:04:07 UTC

the idea of eternal torment doesn’t mesh with my idea of a loving father, thats for sure. I’ve definitely been leaning towards annihilationism/universalism as of late. it seems to me that the idea of God as some eternal torturer is a slander of His name

2019-07-09 04:05:22 UTC

its certainly been used by many to justify their leaving of the faith. Jehovah’s witnesses believe in annihilationism, which is certainly a preferable fate to eternal torment

2019-07-09 04:05:38 UTC

God told me I was not deserving of going to Heaven. Not then at least. I was judged as soon as it was very possible I could die. Not some later time.

2019-07-09 04:06:19 UTC

In most ADE videos I watched or read. That is what they say. Some kind of immediate judgement.

2019-07-09 04:06:41 UTC

reincarnation is nothing but a huge deception.

2019-07-09 04:06:46 UTC

most people aren’t, but i believe the bible is clear that few will actually enter into heaven, but than many will die/sleep and then be accepted on the day of judgement

2019-07-09 04:07:00 UTC

a doctrine of imprisonment of earth

2019-07-09 04:07:19 UTC

resurrection is pointless if reincarnation exists
