I brought my level on a plane flight and never did the plane adjust itself to compensate for the earth's supposed spherical shape. It flew in a straight line all the way, a reflection of our flat earth

According to the globe model theory, flying in a straight line means we would be getting higher and higher
in a geocentric globe yes, in a heliocentric globe you travel in a straight line whilst the floor spirals around you
In a heliocentric globe, my level would have remained flat all the way, which is exactly what happened
Your independent variable there is "movement of the Earth"
So please move the Earth and show this to be the case please
