My hometown had this legacy law that the principal was responsible stabling horse for the day if you rode to school. So for a senior prank a bunch of kids rode their horses to school, and the principal had to go corral them on the practice field

I've seen folks ride horses down main street here in town during the parade after Thanksgiving

My buddy picked his kids up from school on horseback in Billings

we just forked the lawn at school for our senior prank (_I_ didn't, but the class helped pick out the forks at the end of the day)

one year the seniors skipped class and had a beach day in the parking lot. I.e. the circled a bunch of trucks with tarps/water in the beds, and dumped sand in the middle with a front end loader

The class before mine got really drunk and stole a water fountain for a senior prank, they also relieved themselves in the office of a hated teacher. My class was threatened expulsion for even planning a prank the next year

We filled our principles office with balloons, and we put sticky notes in a teachers classroom on every single surface

My class planned a ditch day but admin found out so they made a planned approved ditch day and everyone did that. Peak domestication here

@Reinhard Wolff Haven't seen too many Somalis in my part of the state. But we do have some Arabs and the occasional Chinese person who buys up gas stations in the very rural parts.
