Now, I despise anyone who would dare to harm an innocent child or force their disgusting genitalia onto another life.
However, that chemical castration is not going to solve the issue. Those people are still a threat to innocent lives and now, they have additional anger and rage built up from having their member or balls forcefully deteriorated by people they hate, to begin with.
Not to mention all the men that have been wrongly accused and convicted of sexual crimes they did not commit due to some seriously fucked up and sadistic skanks that want to ruin men's lives for whatever horrid reason.
Being wrongly convicted and then having your shit forcefully removed is enough to make someone go nuclear and want to destroy the world. I would consider my life already over and make the rest of my short life (short because at that point, I'm taking people with me) to make every single one of them pay in the same manner. Then the woman who wrongly put me behind bars would get he worst of it.
All hypothetical, of course, but you get the idea. This isn't the solution.
