the interesting element to explore is aluminum
up until roughly 100yrs ago, we were not exposed to it...it wasn't in our tissues
it was locked away in ores and not bioavailable. it doesn't exist in nature as the free metal.
it wasn't until we started purifying it from ores and incorporating it into our daily lives
It has no known biochemical function in our body
and substantial data it is associated with some severe diseases
today, aluminum can be found in our cells/tissues
and it's in vaccines as an adjuvant !
