1. foucault pendulums in museums are not proof of anything because they are electronic
2. Alias effect with proper pendulums shows that it might not be the earth rotating because this effect would mean the earth rotates backwards during eclipses for some reason

It suggests the aether if you look at everything together like sagnac etc
and waves too
If the Aether exists its a major issue for your model.
No I'm not saying that effect proves it.
there's other experiments to prove the Aether.
But the effect is interesting if you view it as a field roating over the earth
and not the earth rotating

Most people are going to say “It’s been done too many times to matter anymore!” because they have done zero personal research and are ignorant.
When you test their knowledge of the experiment they have no idea why Michelson found it necessary to use white light after aligning the apparatus with sodium light.
It comes down to the fact that there are numerous problematic mechanics in monochromatic light including something called “lock-in” or phase locking, as well as numerous issues with being able to overlap phase of different coherence lengths and the list goes on.
Why is that important?
Because one man oversaw the construction and execution of tens of thousands of non null interferometer experiments: Dayton Miller, and he is the only replicator of the Michelson-Morley to eliminate all those problem above by actually using white light and following the same procedure outlines by America’s first Nobel winner, Michelson.
Miller had different teams that used different devices at different elevations and different times of the year. He even made sure that the person writing down the readings was in a separate room blinded from the person reading them and the person reading them was blindfolded to keep them unaware of their orientation when calling out readings.
All the experiments gave a positive for aether. Not only positive but the data showed exactly the systematic variation expected of a wind. (not random noise)
In the end he won a prize from the AAAS for proving the existence of the aether and directly blocked Einstein’s consideration for a nobel for relativity.
