> Flat-Earthers like to show us videos of the Sun that appears shrinking during a sunset. They merely failed to control the exposure. Using a solar filter or the in-camera exposure settings, the size of the Sun will appear constant during a sunset.

>The apparent size of the Sun is constant throughout the day, seen from anywhere on Earth, from sunrise to sunset. This fact is only possible if the Sun is very far compared to the distance between any two observers on Earth.

You are talking, not watching, you cannot learn if your cup is filled 🙂

2019-08-29 10:24:51 UTC

2019-08-29 10:25:09 UTC

I watched the video and explained why

2019-08-29 10:25:21 UTC

did you watch my video with solar filter

2019-08-29 10:25:44 UTC

Hmmmmm then you know they change sizes, yes?

2019-08-29 10:26:00 UTC
2019-08-29 10:26:10 UTC

they don’t

2019-08-29 10:26:24 UTC

But in my video THEY DO, hmmmmmmmmmm.......

2019-08-29 10:27:03 UTC

I said without a solar filter the sunlight can be **TOO BRIGHT**

2019-08-29 10:27:20 UTC

your video just proves my point

2019-08-29 10:27:31 UTC

it doesn’t prove the earth is flat

2019-08-29 10:27:45 UTC

again watch the video with the solar filter

2019-08-29 10:27:47 UTC
2019-08-29 10:27:51 UTC

An the chap in the video covered this argument, thanks for not watching the video, you keep asserting youre right, an wont listen to reason

2019-08-29 10:27:55 UTC

it proves my point

2019-08-29 10:28:01 UTC

I said I watched it

2019-08-29 10:28:05 UTC

jesus christ

2019-08-29 10:28:18 UTC

i explained why that’s happening

2019-08-29 10:28:24 UTC

So how did he disprove you solar flare argument?

2019-08-29 10:28:25 UTC

read the wall of text i sent

2019-08-29 10:28:43 UTC

i know you probably failed pre-school so it’s hard for you but try

2019-08-29 10:28:54 UTC

Answer or leave!

2019-08-29 10:28:55 UTC

he didn’t use solar filter

2019-08-29 10:29:11 UTC

I know, didnt say he did, he did a demonstration

2019-08-29 10:29:20 UTC

Tell me what demonstration he did?

2019-08-29 10:29:25 UTC

When using a solar filter, other objects in the scene will not be visible and appears dark due to the fact any light coming not directly from the sun will be too faint to be recognized by the sensor of the camera.

2019-08-29 10:29:36 UTC

Creamy frantically searching video he hasnt seen

2019-08-29 10:29:39 UTC

Without a solar filter, sunlight would have been too bright, and cause sun glare around it. Sun glare is caused by scattering from the atmosphere, internal reflections in the camera, or the ‘blooming’ phenomenon in the sensor of the camera. To the camera itself, the sun and its glare are both too bright and cannot be distinguished from each other. As a result, the sun appears much larger than the actual size, and without a sharp boundary.

2019-08-29 10:29:53 UTC

That’s my explanation

2019-08-29 10:29:59 UTC

Yes, nice try child, now watch the video where he disproves this!

2019-08-29 10:30:19 UTC

Some flat-Earthers made their observation of the sun using a camera without a solar filter. As a result, in some of their images, the sun appears much larger due to the fact the camera cannot distinguish the sun and the sun glare around it.

2019-08-29 10:30:26 UTC

he didn’t disprove it

2019-08-29 10:30:45 UTC

Yep, woiuld you like me to give you timecode?

2019-08-29 10:30:59 UTC

ok

2019-08-29 10:32:02 UTC

so?

2019-08-29 10:32:14 UTC

what’s the timecode?

2019-08-29 10:32:58 UTC
2019-08-29 10:33:12 UTC

2:19

2019-08-29 10:34:11 UTC

he didn’t use a solar filter
