If normal router produces high radiation to the fact where it bugs your phone if it's nearby, then of course it will cause cancer

more radiation comes out of your phone when its connected to wifi or bluetooth

its crucial that you keep those eletronic devices away from your body

when not using mobile devices (i.e when putting in your pocket) make sure to either turn cellular data, wifi, bluetooth off or turn on airplane mode

mind you if you turn on airplane mode on you cant receive calls or messages
