Found an article regarding trust in neighborhoods in relation to ethnic make-up.
Shocker that the more ethnically homogenous a place is, the more people trust and association with their neighbors.
The Rsq value is a little low, would be interesting to run other analyses on this data to explain the other 35% of the variability. Possibly a principal component analysis to assess urban vs rural and specific race mixtures and their tendency to trust each other

It would probably also be important to discuss with people the history of that area.
