Kinda have the feeling that their conference is going to get shut down somehow. After this past NPI and other announced events, it's blatently obvious now that it's pretty impossible for us to have announced events, especially multiday events, without them getting shut down or interrupted.

It will be nearly impossible to remove that label. The best course of action is to integrate yourself into the wiki community for a year or two before trying to edit politically charged pages.
