@NeoRealist Cuz it’s probably ineffective tbh. IE doesn’t have a history of making these types of posts. Those that Norman Spear made don’t even look like ours at all. But if allegations do pop up we can just say the truth and deny

The fact that it's clean and isn't retweeting memes and whatnot is good, but we really only want one account (the official IE account) posting IE material - for several reasons.

Just wanted to make sure this is what Patrick wanted.

1. It will prevent any parody accounts (think; magapede controlled accounts such as Antifa of Beverly Hills, but done to us) from being believed or taken seriously.
2. It ensures brand consistency and quality of posts/likes/retweets
3. It acts as a stopgap in the case of an account's owner being dismissed from IE and going rogue or something (not saying that would ever happen to you)

Yeah, we discussed this in a coordinators meeting but were pretty lax about enforcing it. After yours was brought to my attention I took a look today and saw that there were still a number of IE accounts up, so I will be pursuing their owners as well.

Don't delete the account though, 670 followers is nothing to scoff at. Would be a shame to lose them. In a way, a more generic Identitarians of XX brand could be more aggressive in funneling people into IE through DM's and whatnot.

It's more or less perfect. A "totally not IE account 😉 😉" is 100% fine. We just don't want local chapters having accounts that act, or could be construed as being an official voice of IE.
