How does a electric clock work ?what regulates the time? It used to be a pendulum on mechanical ones

It make you wonder because the pendulums motion is said to be caused by gravity

Time probably changes when go into space because we are nearer to the core of earth which sends out a medium that is time or regulates time ,and it's field moves faster above us ,but I'm no scientist ,kinda makes sense though

I believe the animals can feel energy ,they seem to know when something is about to happen like earthquakes etc ,they even face a certain way etc
