Message from Reinhard Wolff in Nice Respectable People Group #announcements
Let's give it up for @FACINEMA, who created an excellent Christmas montage of our activism this holiday season.
We just published a brief action report summarizing our Christmas activism.
Let's retweet this!
From out activism coordinators:
A couple of things going forward into the new year.
1. **Unless you are doing basic siege, we will need a proposal form filled out**. This will help us see your vision more clearly, help yourself develop and think more thoroughly about your action, and will help us keep track of the many, many actions that will be going on in 2018. The form is super simple and easy, but think deeply about details and the intended impact of your action.
2. Concerning video and photos. You should be taking good quality photos at all of your actions with the best camera you have possible. We also want you to take video! Most actions will NOT get a standalone video, however; we want you practicing your videography skills. Go through Fascinima’s help sheet and follow his advice. Review the footage you get and see what worked, see what you should have done differently. Send the footage to fascinima and he may be able to use a clip or two in a future video, or he may love all of it and do a standalone. You need to practice and become skilled at filming, because the day will come when you’ll be needed to film a large event and you will want to be ready.
3. If you organize an environmental cleanup or community volunteering, please fill out a volunteer hours log! Ignore the “signed waiver section” until told otherwise.
To clarify, this means that you need to get all activism beyond simple flyering formally approved by the activism coordinators. Draft a proposal, send it to them, they will then possibly suggest some changes, and once everyone is on the same page, your activism plan will be approved.
If your action ends up being significantly different than your activism plan, we might not be able to use pictures, videos, etc. Just a heads up!
In light of the massive coverage our Damond memorial has garnered, we just posted a press release on the action.
Let's retweet this and spread it around!
Once again, props to @Joe-MN, @Envian, and our activism coordinators for helping to make this a reality.
Fireside chat tonight at 8 PM EST. We'll be discussing new activism procedures, plans for 2018, what we can learn from the Damond situation, and much more!
The purpose of IE Literature Club is not only to get our people reading, but to get our people to read things that are beneficial to them.
You will find a variety of literature posted here that will not only help you further your learning in politics, but help you with your finances, personal skills, relationships, health, and other personal interests.
How to use -
If you have a book you'd like to recommend and it's not in violation of IE's national rules, follow these steps-
1) Locate the category.
2) Locate the specific channel within the category.
3) Post book name and author name (maybe a small summary on why you're suggesting it.)
4) Post a picture of the cover of the book.
TIR stands for Today I Read - post anything new you might have learned today.
IE Reading List is a highly suggested list provided by leadership (unfinished.)
Our North Atlantic guys -- including @Thomas West (Hapa Spy) -- did some charity work over the weekend. Well done!
I want to see more of this in the future. Make it happen!
As many of you already know, our PA coordinator @Deleted User was arrested in Charlottesville. Between the court case (which he won, thankfully) and two activism-related, non-speeding tickets, Ian was set back $1100. This doesn’t include money he has spent on materials, gas, etc. while doing activism.
Ian posted this on his regional server, but I think we should all pitch in to help him out. Activism does entail risks, and when things go bad we can’t leave our guys hanging.
**I’m donating $25, and I hope everyone can at the very least match me.** paypal.me/EggPillEnterprises
(I have made Ian promise not to spend the money on anime figurines or Minecraft swords.)
Let's give it up for @Joe-MN, @Envian, and the rest of the MN chapter (along with our activism coordinators) for another great memorial!
Let's send this to as many MN politicians and news outlets as possible. Get to work @everyone!
I want to really stress the importance of sending this to local media etc. Joe has compiled a list in <#359892798071373824>.
If you have free time, please help boost this action.

I hope 2018 is off to a great start for all of you. Let’s make this a year to remember by focusing on progress -- both for ourselves and for the organization as a whole.
One of our main goals for 2018 is to recruit *at least* 5000 members. While this might seem quite ambitious, it can be easily achieved so long as each of us recruits at least five new members. I’m currently working on recruiting four interested individuals, so I’m hoping to hit five before the end of the month!
We’ll be sending out the second dues warning for members who have paid in the past, but are not up to date on their dues. Toward the end of the month, we will begin removing members for non-payment. If you’re behind on dues, please make up for past dues as well. To check the status of your dues, please go to https://www.identityevropa.com/login.
And, as usual, we’ll be doing our weekly fireside chat tomorrow at 8 PM EST. See you all there!
Fireside chat tonight at 8:00 PM EST!
We're going to go over our goals and plans for 2018, among other things. I hope to see you all there!
We're about go get started! Head over to <#358403210618339338> voice for our weekly fireside chat. @everyone
Let’s give it up for our TN and GA chapters, which recently did a great action in Memphis!
Just a reminder, @everyone:
Official IE servers are for IE members only. Please don't give out links to, say, the fitness or lit servers to your non-IE friends. Get them to join instead!
Please check to make sure you're up to date on your dues. IE can't function without them, and there's still an unfortunately high percentage of IE members -- some of whom are very active on this server and others -- who have never paid, or are many months behind.
With that said, I hope you all are having a productive, enjoyable weekend.
Addendum: I forgot to add that you can check your dues by logging into https://www.identityevropa.com/login and going to "my info" at the top.
ALSO: Please remember to provide some information regarding your info on file for IE so we know who you are.
Dues are 10 a month, 55 for 6 months, or 100 for a year.
The IE Literature Club server had to be secured. If the only channel you can view is "receiving", please message @CarletonJ directly and he will get you full access. @everyone
@Matthias and @Deleted User created a nice memorial today in DC! Make sure to retweet this.
One thing I will say, though, is that we should hold off on memorials for a little while, given how many we've done in the past month. Variety is key.
I’m happy to announce the launch of our patron program!
According to the results of the survey we did in December, over 55% of IE members are interested in contributing more financially to our organization. In fact, a number of people messaged me last week to let me know that they’re interested in doing so.
The tiers for our patron program are as follows:
**Supporter** - $50 per month
**Sponsor** - $150 per month
**Benefactor** - $300 or more per month
All patrons will be granted a special Discord role in the national server and access to our Patrons Lounge server, which will also include board members and perhaps a few coordinators. This means that as a patron, you will have an open line of communication to the board, and will be able to learn about our upcoming plans for Identity Evropa. You’ll also be able to make suggestions, help us brainstorm, provide constructive criticism, etc.
We also intend to host patron-only events from time to time. For example, we want to incorporate something for patrons at the upcoming IE retreat in March.
Additional benefits for the various tiers will be announced as the program develops.
If you’re able and willing, please consider becoming an IE patron. Funding is a crucial aspect of most human undertakings, and while I’ve never really enjoyed asking for money, I wouldn’t be doing my job as a CEO if I wasn’t helping our organization grow.
Please message me with the tier you’re interested in, and we’ll get you set up in the Patron Lounge.
Let’s make 2018 a year to remember!
I’d like to remind you all that we now have a patron program (see above). We’ve already added over a dozen people to it in under 24 hours, so by all appearances the program is off to a great start!
We’ve recently made a MakerSupport, which offers both one-time donations and recurring options. We’ll see how long this lasts, though.
Also, Hatreon is down indefinitely. The last payout we received from them was in early November, so if you pledged over there, I’d recommend cancelling it and contributing to the legal defense via PayPal, MakerSupport, or mail.
It’s time to take things to the next level. Let’s make 2018 a year to remember!
Fireside chat tonight at 8 PM EST! See you all there.
@everyone Fireside chat! Get in here now! Don't miss elevator music nationalism!
I did an interview with Brittany Pettibone—let’s spread this around!
If you -- meaning IE members -- are having a baby, please let us know. I think it’d be great for us to start a tradition of buying gifts for new parents within the organization.
Please message me if you haven't been added to your state server.
Also, we'll be doing our fireside chat tonight at 8 PM EST as usual. I hope to see you all there!
Many of you have reached out to let me know that you're expecting a baby soon.
Please let me know the best way for us to contribute: Amazon wishlist, Gofundme, etc.
Most of you have likely seen the articles on the LOS leaks. If you haven’t, basically LOS had a list -- allegedly their membership list -- leaked. Now, I’m hearing that the list in question was just an email list, and most of the people on there weren’t LOS members, but I can’t say for sure.
While it’s understandable for you all to be concerned that something similar could happen to IE, I want to assure you that the chances are very, very slim. We don’t have a “list” in the form of a spreadsheet that someone can just download and distribute. That would be really foolish. Instead, we have a digital roster that roughly five people have access to. This means that even coordinators do not have access to the roster -- and again, it’s not something you can just download.
If you’re still concerned, we will happily change your information on the roster -- just shoot @Matthias a DM with the alias and new email you’d like to use. Since day one, we've allowed people to use an alias and pay dues via cash or money order.
I’m looking forward to speaking with you all at the fireside tonight!
