Message from Reinhard Wolff in Nice Respectable People Group #announcements
Don't forget to donate if you haven't already! Big thanks to @FlyingDutchmann who offered to match all donations made during the fireside chat. @everyone
Please respond to this post with a dragon's eye emoji if you are able and willing to travel to a private IE conference/dinner/event similar to AmRen etc. in March 2018.
Please only respond if you're serious about this. I'm trying to get a head count so we can select a venue accordingly.
I understand that the location will affect who can and cannot go. Let's just assume it's going to be somewhere near the East Coast.
Unfortunately, we don't have the luxury of simply choosing any venue, as we saw with this year's NPI conference. So if you're not on the East Coast, plan on having to fly out to the location of the conference. @everyone
We’ve been really hitting the ground running with this event in March. It’s shaping up to be a great weekend replete with activism, fellowship, speeches, martial arts training, great food, and much more! We’re still mulling over the location, but we’re considering a number of venues on the East Coast.
We’ll be announcing the location as soon as possible. But we have decided upon the weekend of March 9th. Ideally, people will fly in on Thursday or Friday, and leave on Sunday. We chose this weekend because it seems to overlap with as many universities’ spring breaks as possible.
So be sure to mark your calendars and stay tuned for more announcements! This is going to be an amazing event that you certainly won’t want to miss.
Have a great weekend!
As some of you may have already noticed, we have sent out our first dues email.
Due to various factors, only a third of IE members are up to date on their dues. I think most of this can be attributed to the loss of both our official PayPal account and, more recently, our payment processor. As such, I’m not upset with any of you, but we do need to remedy this situation. Dues are the lifeblood of our organization – particularly during these lawsuits.
Dues are $10 a month or $100 a year. To pay your dues, you can send money to PayPal.me/Smoothaf and include a note with your information. If you don’t, we’ll be forced to assume it’s simply a donation.
You can also donate via cash, check, money order, or Bitcoin by following the directions here:
One thing I should note is that messaging Apollo to inquire about your dues will only tell you if you’ve paid them *ever* rather than if you’re current. This is something we’ll fix in the future, but our CTO has his hands full with more pressing issues at the moment.
Thanks, everyone. I hope you’re having a great weekend. Happy holidays!
Let's all congratulate our Florida chapter -- particularly @FlyingDutchmann, @Olivia M, @John O -, and @⚡Clark⚡ -- for a job well done!
Make sure to retweet.
Props to @Deleted User and the rest of the North Atlantic guys who helped make this a reality. Great work!
In the words of Peter Sweden, "Please retweet."
The political identity paradox is an important concept for us to understand as Identitarians.
Social movements need a strong sense of group identity, to be sure; the issue, however, is that this can lead to isolation, which is a strategic dead end.
Fireside chat tonight at 8 PM EST! I look forward to speaking with you all there.
We'll be going over our goals for 2018, lessons learned from activism, and, as usual, I'll answer any questions you have (UFO-related or otherwise).
Don't forget, we'll be doing our weekly fireside chat at 8 PM EST! @everyone
We're getting started in a minute. Hop into general voice! @everyone
To donate to the IE legal fund via FMI:
Go to: https://www.guidestar.org/profile/81-1969574 > big red DONATE NOW > add "Identity Evropa" to "Make My Donation In Honor Of". Donations can be anonymous.
Please donate monthly rather than giving a lump sum if possible. We want to get our monthly donations up to 2800, given that we are paying for the lawsuit on a monthly basis.
Let’s give it up for @Conway - OK and the rest of our OK chapter! Great work.
Make sure to retweet:
Another successful Christmas banner! Let's all commend @_AltRight_Anew -AZ, @Deleted User, @MrDefault, and @John Westgate - AZ (and anyone else I missed) on a job well done.
We've got the best people, folks!
Let's give it up for @Joe-MN and the rest of our MN chapter, who created a great shrine to Justine Damond.
Make sure to retweet!
I checked the IE inbox on Twitter today and found the following messages:
SoCal did a nice banner drop today. Great work!
I want to gently remind everyone that we sent out an email recently regarding dues.
We'll likely send out one more in the upcoming weeks, but eventually we will remove people for non-payment. IE simply can't operate without dues, so we need all of our members to chip in. Also, it would be great if everyone could make up for the months they missed as well.
Have a great weekend! Merry Christmas.
You can go to https://www.identityevropa.com/members and click "My Info" to check your dues.
The emails have been sent out to people who have paid their dues at some point, but are currently behind on them.
There is an unfortunately high percentage of IE that has never paid dues. We'll be sending them an email in the upcoming weeks too.
So if you never paid your dues for whatever reason, now is the time to change that.
Please message me if you have not been added to your state server.
Props to our members in the Carolinas for the great banner drop!
@John Wesley-SC, despite being exposed to a harmful chemical at work this week, toughened up and made it happen.
Another phenomenal banner drop, this time from our Florida chapter!
On behalf of IE leadership, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Yule, or Kwan-
But seriously, I hope you all have a great day. I'm very glad to be part of this with all of you, and I'm looking forward to taking things to the next level in 2018.
Oh, and let's give it up for the LA guys, who created a superb banner and displayed it in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Great work!
Let's give it up for @FACINEMA, who created an excellent Christmas montage of our activism this holiday season.
We just published a brief action report summarizing our Christmas activism.
Let's retweet this!
From out activism coordinators:
A couple of things going forward into the new year.
1. **Unless you are doing basic siege, we will need a proposal form filled out**. This will help us see your vision more clearly, help yourself develop and think more thoroughly about your action, and will help us keep track of the many, many actions that will be going on in 2018. The form is super simple and easy, but think deeply about details and the intended impact of your action.
2. Concerning video and photos. You should be taking good quality photos at all of your actions with the best camera you have possible. We also want you to take video! Most actions will NOT get a standalone video, however; we want you practicing your videography skills. Go through Fascinima’s help sheet and follow his advice. Review the footage you get and see what worked, see what you should have done differently. Send the footage to fascinima and he may be able to use a clip or two in a future video, or he may love all of it and do a standalone. You need to practice and become skilled at filming, because the day will come when you’ll be needed to film a large event and you will want to be ready.
3. If you organize an environmental cleanup or community volunteering, please fill out a volunteer hours log! Ignore the “signed waiver section” until told otherwise.
To clarify, this means that you need to get all activism beyond simple flyering formally approved by the activism coordinators. Draft a proposal, send it to them, they will then possibly suggest some changes, and once everyone is on the same page, your activism plan will be approved.
If your action ends up being significantly different than your activism plan, we might not be able to use pictures, videos, etc. Just a heads up!
In light of the massive coverage our Damond memorial has garnered, we just posted a press release on the action.
Let's retweet this and spread it around!
Once again, props to @Joe-MN, @Envian, and our activism coordinators for helping to make this a reality.
Fireside chat tonight at 8 PM EST. We'll be discussing new activism procedures, plans for 2018, what we can learn from the Damond situation, and much more!
