Most of you have likely seen the articles on the LOS leaks. If you haven’t, basically LOS had a list -- allegedly their membership list -- leaked. Now, I’m hearing that the list in question was just an email list, and most of the people on there weren’t LOS members, but I can’t say for sure.

While it’s understandable for you all to be concerned that something similar could happen to IE, I want to assure you that the chances are very, very slim. We don’t have a “list” in the form of a spreadsheet that someone can just download and distribute. That would be really foolish. Instead, we have a digital roster that roughly five people have access to. This means that even coordinators do not have access to the roster -- and again, it’s not something you can just download.

If you’re still concerned, we will happily change your information on the roster -- just shoot @Matthias a DM with the alias and new email you’d like to use. Since day one, we've allowed people to use an alias and pay dues via cash or money order.

I’d like to remind you all that we recently launched a patron program. This is a great way to help support the organization -- particularly while we’re in the midst of the post-Charlottesville lawsuit, which is costing us quite a bit per month.

The tiers for our patron program are:
Supporter - $50 per month
Sponsor - $150 per month
Benefactor - $300 or more per month


Becoming a patron will grant you access to the Patrons Lounge server, where you’ll be able to have a more open line of communication with the me, the board, and the activism coordinators. Other perks will be added as the program is further developed.

By now, you all have likely seen the recent NYT piece featuring the former CEO of Identity Evropa, Eli Mosley.

Until today, we’ve had no reason to doubt the veracity of Eli’s claims regarding his time in the military. And given that he is no longer part of our organization, the truth of the matter is not our concern.

You’ll probably have noticed that the NPI crew is emphasizing that they met Eli through IE, and suggesting that perhaps we knew about Eli’s alleged lies and concealed them. I can assure you that this is not the case, and these petty individuals should be reminded that the interview in question was filmed in *their* living room – not ours.

We will, as usual, not be weighing in publicly on the e-drama, nor getting involved in any petty Twitter feuds.
