On enforcement: This will be enforced every three reprimands by the formula (number of reprimands / 3) x 30. Therefore, 3 reprimands = 30 days, 6 = 60 etc. If somehow you should manage to hit 15 reprimands (5 months suspension) you will be permanently blocked. If this seems harsh, remember turning <#359019358204198926> into another <#358403210618339338> not only totally defeats its purpose, but creates a ton of work for my moderators and me as we have to go through and erase all the flotsam. @everyone I am seeing people saying that people are having their accounts and servers deleted. At this time I am not aware of any IE servers being targeted by this, nor do I have any reason to believe they will be, however, this is a good time to mention that, should you see our server disappear from your list, do not assume you were banned, but reach out to your coordinator. This is also a good time to remind everyone to ensure they have an up-to-date e-mail address on file with IE. If you need to update your e-mail address, DM @Matthias.

@everyone Several modifications have been made to the rules. Most were clarifications, but the most salient is the replacement of rule 5. It now reads as follows:

The spreading of false information casts us in a very bad light if we partake in it. When such false information is posted in this server, it can lead activists to embarass our organization by using it, thinking it was trustworthy because it was posted here. This replaces the rule banning white sharia, because that issue is largely dead now, however, WS is still inappropriate for this server and will be enforced under rule 14.

- Remove statements of applicable penalties from most rules. In practice, some leeway is given for edge cases, honest mistakes, or minor infractions, and so the rules now reflect the reality that not every violation is dealt with the same.

@everyone Please note, rule 5 regarding veracity of information is no less of a rule than any other and is still subject to official reprimands for violations. As usual, there is leeway for clear honest mistakes, but if it's something that was obviously very easy to check on and you posted it here first without taking the short time to check it, it may be entered as a reprimand.

A reprimand is essentially a recorded warning for violating a rule and does not necessarily imply any further action, so don't worry too much if you just receive one, but do worry if you start getting a lot - in that case, you should probably review the server rules and be more careful about what you post. Remember, this is an official national activism coordination hub, not a shitposting server, and we have to have high standards for what is posted here.

**New payment method:**

Zelle is a way for people to pay directly from their bank account to ours. If anyone wants to pay us from any of the affiliated banks (https://www.zellepay.com/get-started), which includes all the big names like BoA, Chase, USAA, Citi, Wells Fargo, Capital One, etc., then he can sign up with Zelle on his mobile device and **send a payment to 205-775-0842, with a transaction note.**

This requires a payment directly from the sender's bank account, so it doesn't work with credit cards. There's no way to set up recurring payments either. But this is a great option, giving us a lot of breathing room.

To summarize:

We had a legal server once before I became CEO but, due to scheduling conflicts and inactivity, we abandoned it.

Nevertheless, there is a growing need to have a place in which Identity Evropa's legal minds can brainstorm and communicate confidentially. Your participation in the server, like your participation in Identity Evropa itself, will not require you to do anything publicly.
