2017-04-07 20:07:53 UTC

I stopped taking leftists in general seriously when they become shills for globalism.

2017-04-07 20:08:31 UTC

Globalism sounds nice in theory, but it works out like shit in practice.

2017-04-07 20:11:14 UTC

Globalism only works when resources are infinite.

2017-04-07 20:11:34 UTC

Due to its communist nature.

2017-04-07 20:11:55 UTC

Or well, socialist.

2017-04-07 20:13:46 UTC

One global governing body should not have the power to make laws for the entire planet. Large nationstates such as the US and supranational organizations like the EU have a horrendous enough time representing every single entity within their own domains. What makes leftists and neocons think that's work any better on a global scale? I can guarantee that it wouldn't.

2017-04-07 20:14:18 UTC

It's just one big infrastructural nightmare.

2017-04-07 20:16:34 UTC

Furthermore, who's to counterbalance such a global government if it happens to go rogue? With the nationstate system we have now coalitions could form to provide resistance against such a state. But if a global super-state went that route then we'd all be eternally fucked.

2017-04-07 20:17:20 UTC

See the European Union and their desire to abolish NATO and replace it with their own conglomerated army.

2017-04-07 20:17:35 UTC

/pol/ is falling apart

2017-04-07 20:17:39 UTC

Disregarding even the economic issues globalism presents, it's just not practical from a political standpoint.

2017-04-07 20:18:20 UTC

Let it be known we are not falling apart./pol/ will burn and Anticom will still live

2017-04-07 20:18:46 UTC

/pol/ never dies

2017-04-07 20:18:48 UTC

> /pol/ wasn't dead already

2017-04-07 20:18:53 UTC

Does anyone know how many Syrian Army were killed, and how many Russians were killed? And if the Russians were or were not notified?

2017-04-07 20:18:54 UTC

If anything this happening shows who the real phoneys are. PJW, Milo, Anne Coulter etc...

2017-04-07 20:19:17 UTC

Oh /pol/ was a dying beast ever since Trump announced his running presidency

2017-04-07 20:19:38 UTC

/pol/ goes through life cycles

2017-04-07 20:19:39 UTC

The day we got infested by r/the_donald faggots is the day /pol/ died

/Pol/ will be fine. Lots of /pol/acks are just having reactions like the one I had earlier; disappointment at Trump's apparent about face on foreign policy. Our ideals haven't changed, though.

2017-04-07 20:19:48 UTC

Just ignore the shills.

2017-04-07 20:20:00 UTC

Remember when we were all Libertarians?

2017-04-07 20:20:07 UTC

Remember Ron Paul?

2017-04-07 20:20:26 UTC

Imagine if we used our combined psychic power to push for a libertarian presidency

2017-04-07 20:20:28 UTC

I liked Ron Paul before I even discovered /Pol/.

2017-04-07 20:20:34 UTC

So did I
