how is satan going to battle against Jesus and the Angels if he is defeated

I had a dream when I was 16, before I joined the Army. I was standing on an island and Jesus was on a floating land mass near by. He was holding a sword and I realized I was holding the sheath. It was really confusing at the time, especially as I grew to be more of an aggressor as an Infantryman than otherwise. But I realized that it was because I accepted his protection that I so effectively weild sword. I also reflect on it now...as a hope...that my actions overseas were to serve more good than evil.

That's because He knows that those in His presence can handle a little alone time while he does His work more personally with those who need it.

One verse #16 can not change the whole preaching of a book, to say it does is to say the book is only worth the one verse.

Plus, as it is written, even when He leaves us, we are left with the Holy Spirit.

I used to work with a guy who was a jehova's witness who first introduced me to the idea that this was "Satan's kingdom" for now...it is an interesting concept

Look I am just going to throw this out there....growing up in a catholic home - devout at that - Catholics aren't the best known for reciting verses from the bible - we celebrate the bible through readings in church on sundays - but you KNOW that satan is ever present in your life - that is why we all look forward to the second coming of Jesus...

He is allowed to maintain control for the current time until Messiah returns to put all things under His Feet.

one can be dealt many defeats without being destroyed...in fact often one becomes more vial and more cunning with each defeat
