@dumpster I understand that I'll leave the keyboard warrior alone
State Elections officials say those who updated and/or changed their address or party affiliation on their voter registration through the MVA's website or self-service kiosks may not of had their information submitted to the election board for processing.
Voters who modified their information between April 22, 2017, and June 5, 2018, may be affected. However, only those customers who didn't purchase a driver's license, ID card, vehicle registration or title would be impacted.
Officials say the provisional voting process is a simple way for an impacted voter to revise their information, vote in the primary election, and have his or her ballot counted.
A state Senate panel will hold a hearing next month about the MVA's error that could impact the outcome of close races.
Anyone with questions should call the State Board of Elections at 1-800-222-8683 or visit their website.
This is why counties should manage the process

Springfield, Ill. (WICS) — A state-assigned license plate in Illinois drew considerable online backlash after one social media user pointed out it's a symbolic number used by white supremacists.
A Twitter user posted a picture of the license plate "1488" and questioned why the state issued it. The Chicago Tribune reports the number 1488 is often used by white supremacists as a way to celebrate white purity and salute Hitler.
