How much lye, wood ash, water @TnFarmGal ?
For the lavendar soap, the base was a creamy base and added lavendar buds gave it a nice scrub
But I think the whole flower would have been prettier
@the Steward I don't know. I've never made it.
Hmmm, guess its a youtube or other diy video.
Yes @the Steward I've read plenty on how to make it.
I probably have a recipe on it, somewhere in the hermitage. lol
Lye is the original soap I think.
Notso probably looked it up; wanna bet?
You're probably right!
If you get a soap base, it's soooooooooo easy
But you need Essential Oils to make it smell niiiiiiicccceee
it depends on what you get
And you have to watch the ingredients
I was going to get goat's milk, but it had polyethylene glycol
That's antifreeze
One is glycerine
I don't use any soaps that kill germs. I'm on a septic tank and have to keep it healthy.
I will talk to you all later!! Take care..and I'll check back in later.. to make sure you are all behaving. 🚿 💄 🚙
The essential oils are what kills bacteria
No WAY! @Notsoperfect
Take care @Notsoperfect Stay safe.
You can't expect us to behave
lol @Gailm don't worry.. expectations for good behavior are very low lol

Lol
The white soap base is Castile Soap
