On your main display in the bottom right hand corner do you see the speaker symbol?
Click that speaker then click "mixer"
no discord there
Make sure that none of the symbols are muted
See te Windows Media Player? I muted that for this purpose
they arent

The first symbol after your username is the mic. Does that symbol have a red line through the middle?
Okay open your account using the gear at the bottom left
Then click Voice and Video
