On the left side of the chat area you will find a list of various sections to this server, there is an off air voice and off air text area, you can select the off air text first, it will put you in that text room, then select the off topic voice and you'll be connected to the voice option and still be able to read in the text area

GotPeace, go to the left side of the chat room, look for #Patriots Soapbox Voice and when you select that, it will open up the voice room
