I just wanted to see how people would react to that specific advice

2018-09-06 19:25:22 UTC

Mark didn’t say to do what I said but he did basically allude to the principles of it

2018-09-06 19:25:50 UTC

who

2018-09-06 19:25:57 UTC

the video time stamp

2018-09-06 19:26:07 UTC

2018-09-06 19:26:23 UTC

I am just ballsing him I don’t know him or anything just taking a playful jab

2018-09-06 19:26:29 UTC

but also giving advice

2018-09-06 20:01:41 UTC

I'm female, I don't need to worry about being an incel

2018-09-06 20:02:08 UTC

You need to worry about being a cat lady

@O. paxarbolis Reduce caloric intake, especially eliminate all sweets, 1 hours workouts 5 days a week, 1 day 30 min 1 day rest so -> Mon/Tue -> medium/ hard, Wed 30 min medium/ easy, Thur/Fri -> hard/ medium, Saturday 2X1 hour or simply 1 hour, easy.

Major thing is reduce how much you eat, only eat when hungry, NO SWEETS OR JUNK FOOD, for women light weights or cardio is great women respond differently than men to different excercise but hte same rules apply, mmix strength and cardio (martial arts workouts, such as kickboxing are GREAT for bburning fat.) You have no excuse because calisthenics are a thing (plenty of resources online, I have never lifted weights in my life and i keep myself fit only with calisthenics, im too poor for a gym).

So yeah thats a very general kind of plan, only heavy days should leave you feeling somewhat sore the next day, a gentle good sore not a painful sore, any sore of painful soreness is reason to take a break

2018-09-06 21:21:03 UTC

But yeah do that 2 weeks straight and after that itll be routine

2018-09-06 22:12:10 UTC

Kk. I also notice that stimulants reduce my appetite, but I don't want to be dependent on those

Fasting

2018-09-07 03:02:22 UTC

Eat one meal a day

2018-09-07 03:02:33 UTC

24hr continuous fasting

2018-09-07 03:02:46 UTC

As much

2018-09-07 03:02:59 UTC

Doesnt need to be a strict fast in that sense

2018-09-07 03:03:15 UTC

Bc honestly if you do that daily

2018-09-07 03:03:24 UTC

Youll lose weight and be healthier

2018-09-07 03:04:33 UTC

Evening usually, then you wont go to sleep hungry

isnt eatting in the morning kicking your metabolism up?

2018-09-07 03:05:18 UTC

According to some

2018-09-07 03:05:22 UTC

Read that study

2018-09-07 03:05:34 UTC

Mice have similar systems to humans

2018-09-07 03:05:55 UTC

And theres a body of evidence that supports a similar phenomenon in humans

2018-09-07 03:06:24 UTC

Even more extreme (imo) than that is full on keto

2018-09-07 03:06:37 UTC

How much weight is your goal to lose?

2018-09-07 03:08:49 UTC

Tea and coffee will make it easier to stay fasted, but youll need some sugar free electrolytes to maintain a healthy electrolyte balance

2018-09-07 03:08:57 UTC

Salt tabs can work for this

2018-09-07 03:09:06 UTC

Good luck!

2018-09-07 06:21:46 UTC

she could also do a run

2018-09-07 10:05:39 UTC

I think fasting every day is not the answer

2018-09-07 10:07:52 UTC

Human bodies adapt, you gotta shake it up all the time. I go for 70% protien 15% carb +fat monday/tuesday, fasting wednesday 24 hours then a double meal of any macros. Thurs/fri/sat is 40% protien, 40% fat, 20% carb days, then a cheat day sunday.
