And no, only teach Christianity

2019-01-08 23:57:30 UTC

No

2019-01-08 23:57:47 UTC

Don't teach religion, teach non denominational prayer

2019-01-08 23:57:49 UTC

It should be taught

2019-01-08 23:57:51 UTC

All schools should teach the dominant religion of their respective countries

2019-01-08 23:57:57 UTC

like it's done in Egypt

2019-01-08 23:58:03 UTC

There is no "yes" or "no" answer. There's three different questions. You have to choose which one you support and state why.

2019-01-08 23:58:04 UTC

They shouldn’t need to but any teacher wanting to should be able to.

2019-01-08 23:58:10 UTC

Christians have their own Christianity class

2019-01-08 23:59:22 UTC

In my personal opinion, we need to put Jesus back in the classroom. Religion is apart of culture, and it's good to stick with culture. Tradition is the more important thing a nation has.

2019-01-08 23:59:30 UTC

No religion should be forced in schools, rather a majority within the school should make religious teaching appropriate.

2019-01-09 00:00:10 UTC

Have it taught in church

2019-01-09 00:00:27 UTC

**Parents** need to teach their kids, not a teacher

2019-01-09 00:00:37 UTC

No

2019-01-09 00:00:44 UTC

the state should teach religion

2019-01-09 00:00:53 UTC

Priests are technically teachers in a way

2019-01-09 00:00:53 UTC

if the parents think wrong

2019-01-09 00:00:59 UTC

they will pass it on

2019-01-09 00:01:14 UTC

Schools should instil religious values, it should be up to the parents if their child goes full church mode

2019-01-09 00:01:19 UTC

That would be rife with abuse, and is antithetical to the American ideal of separation of church, and state.

2019-01-09 00:01:22 UTC

Well the parents can't think wrong if they were taught by the state

2019-01-09 00:01:29 UTC

It should be taught, but those who aren’t the majority religion should be allowed to not attend. Like a church service/chapel time slot given but attendance not mandatory.

2019-01-09 00:01:36 UTC

and not all kids have time for extracurricular studying for religion and such

2019-01-09 00:02:00 UTC

@Da_Fish ok boomer

2019-01-09 00:02:01 UTC

@Decay What kid has no fucking free time?

2019-01-09 00:02:08 UTC

A national religion should be declared and taught obligatory in schools. Christianity (or Paganism, in more of a pipe-dream world) should be compulsory in Western schools, Islam should be compulsory in the Mid East, etc.

2019-01-09 00:02:17 UTC

I agree with John

2019-01-09 00:02:24 UTC

Kids have a crapload of free time

2019-01-09 00:02:33 UTC

The kid wouldn't spend his free time learning about jeebus gureegus who cam without a mans penis

2019-01-09 00:02:49 UTC

I read the bible every day when I was a kid. I wasn't forced, I did it because I enjoyed it. (Still do it btw)

2019-01-09 00:03:28 UTC

amen

2019-01-09 00:03:28 UTC

but a lighthearted lesson in the week where you learn about religion and how God loves you and stuff

2019-01-09 00:03:44 UTC

is actually pretty nice

2019-01-09 00:03:45 UTC

@Decay What religion might I ask are you?

2019-01-09 00:03:55 UTC

2019-01-09 00:03:55 UTC

Based Islam

2019-01-09 00:04:12 UTC
