College is not so left wing. I think a few institutions might be but your state schools, smaller colleges, etc are generally not so lefty as your Yales.

@Victor Von Doom not really, mostly because peple open up and it makes life a million times easier when you know some of the language. The guy i chill with has been trying and can understand the language, however there are certain regions where you can absolutely get by. For example the pomorskie tricities, Gdynia Gdansk Sopot, with Sopot being the tourist city and bloody expensive.

Warsaw you can get by, but generally most students live in either the old town of a given city or dorms, those that work go to old town
